It’s Genetic offers two versions of GeneticArt: glossy prints or canvas prints. Glossy prints are available in black and white and canvas prints are customized to your color choices.

Printing Policy:
Some colors on printed images and images displayed on computer monitors may look different. This is because computer monitors display projected colors while printed images are reflected colors. Also, be aware that on your computer monitor blacks may appear blacker and whites whiter. Therefore, you may find some colors appear to be different in the proof compared to your GeneticArt. In addition, the appearance of your actual GeneticArt is subject to the lighting conditions under which it is viewed. It’s Genetic has made every effort to limit color discrepancies between the digital proof and your GeneticArt. To help achieve accurate color comparisons please print your proof. The printed proof will better match your GeneticArt. It’s Genetic cannot guarantee the colors in your GeneticArt will exactly match your printed proof because of the wide variety and differences between household printers. However, we are confident they will be extremely close and you will be satisfied with your print.

It’s Genetic understands your color concerns. A small print (8” x 8” not stretched and mounted) can be produced for an extra charge of $25 per order. This small print will allow you to see the exact colors of your print. It’s Genetic feels this step is only necessary when exact colors are required or if the GeneticArt print is very large.

It’s Genetic produces your GeneticArt from a digital image. Some large prints will contain remnants of pixelation. It’s Genetic is committed to a quality product and will make every effort to limit this pixelation.

Return Policy:
It’s Genetic values your satisfaction and takes several steps to ensure that you are satisfied with your GeneticArt. 3 different versions of the color scheme you request (2 options for black and white glossy prints) will be sent to your email address. You may choose one version or request modifications of one version within 48 hours. It’s Genetic feels these options allow for complete customer satisfaction. Since your GeneticArt is your DNA, it is a one of a kind portrait, therefore there is no return policy. A money-back option is offered within 12 hours of placing an order or before a GeneKit has been shipped.

Privacy Policy:
It’s Genetic understands your security concerns. Your DNA is kept only in our scientific facility and after the production of your GeneticArt, your DNA is destroyed. It’s Genetic does not retain any information about your genetic code nor does it produce any information about your identity or paternity.
